Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions.

Note: Unauthorized returns (without approval) will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost return packages are not our responsibility.

4. Refund Process

  • Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).

  • To "exchange," place a new order after your return is processed.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate/sanitary products, custom-made items, and discounted clearance goods.
